Poor/no water flow

Poor/no water flow

Hot or cold water supply isolation valve closed.

Blocked filter.

Mixer valve not functioning.

Check and open valve.

Unscrew the BubbleSpa® Overhead Shower from the arm, remove and clean filter, replace filter. Clean the mixer valve filter.

Check mixer valve.

Water flows form the overhead shower but no air

Problem

Cause

Solution

Water flows from overhead shower but no air

No power to the fan.

Fan damaged.

Debris in fan.

Check power light indicator, if off, contact a qualified electrician. If on, conduct hard reset by switching off electrical supply and waiting 10 seconds before turning on.

Use Diagnostic Function to see if the fan is working. If not, contact Kelda.

Clean the Dust Filters.

One/a few nozzles aren't making bubbles

Problem

Cause

Solution

One/a few nozzles aren’t making bubbles

No laminar flow through nozzle.

Faulty nozzle is blocked.

Insufficient water supply.

Gently brush the finger with a nozzle while the shower is running.

Descale the Overhead Shower to remove debris. Check the filter is installed correctly (both the overhead shower and in the valve) and clean.

Increase the water flow to the shower.

Multiple/all nozzles aren't making bubbles

Problem

Multiple/all nozzles aren’t making bubbles

Insufficient water supply.

Limescale/debris builds up in the nozzles.

The fan won’t turn on below 61/min therefore no bubbles will be produced. Increase the water flow to the shower.

Descale the BubbleSpa® Overhead Shower. It is recommended not to leave the BubbleSpa® Overhead Shower unused for more than two weeks.

Water flow too strong

Flow restrictor not installed.

Check the flow restrictor is properly installed.

Water leaking from overhead shower when the valve is turned off/closed

Problem

Solution

Water leaking form overhead shower when the valve is turned off/closed

This can be normal for a short period of time after the shower has been used.

Pressure has exceeded that stated for the product.

Flow valve leaking.

Remove and check the condition of the flow cartridge.
