Kelda Air-Powered Technology

Kelda represents the future of sustainable showering. Our innovative Air-Powered™ shower technology injects water into air, delivering a high-performance shower experience while dramatically reducing water usage, energy consumption and carbon emissions. This marks a new era of clean, efficient bathroom technology that combines luxury with responsibility.

Developed through more than a decade of research and development, Kelda’s water-saving showers are designed to make less water feel like more, without compromising comfort or performance.

Kelda’s Air-Powered™ showers meet the highest energy performance standards, with savings independently verified by the Energy Saving Trust (EST). EST is a leading, independent organisation supporting governments and businesses across the UK to improve energy efficiency and tackle man-made climate change.

The Energy Saving Trust has verified that:

– A Kelda shower uses less than half the water of a standard mixer shower

– A typical UK household could reduce energy-related carbon emissions by around 10% (approximately 350kg CO₂e per year) by switching to a Kelda shower – equivalent to planting 125 trees annually

– A family of four could save around £400 per year on energy bills by replacing a standard mixer shower with a Kelda shower
