Fuel injection technology
Our patented Air-Powered™ showers harness the principles of fuel injection technology to deliver a truly high-efficiency, eco-friendly shower experience. Each shower incorporates an intelligent microprocessor and a powerful digital fan to precisely control the flow of water and air to the showerhead.
Inside the showerhead, water is injected into a high-velocity air stream, breaking it into hundreds of droplets that are 2.5 times larger than a standard shower. These larger droplets generate greater momentum, giving the sensation of stronger spray force. The result is a luxurious, immersive shower that rinses shampoo effectively, even from the thickest hair, while using up to 55% less water and energy than a conventional shower.
The Only Showers Recognised by SAP and RdSAP
Kelda Showers’ Air-Powered™ showers are the first and only showers recognised under the Government’s Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) through SAP Appendix Q and are also fully recognised in Reduced Standard Assessment Procedure (RdSAP).
This unique status allows housebuilders and developers to use Kelda showers to reduce the dwelling emission rate and primary energy rate in new homes, supporting improved energy efficiency and sustainable building standards.
